Social Media & Giveaway

This client was a startup company in the credit repair space. I managed their social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok which were essentially brand new accounts with minimal traction. Their goal was to build brand awareness and increase engagement while educating their audience and establishing themselves as credible industry leaders.

The biggest challenge as their first social media manager was establishing efficient processes and sustainable systems. I laid the ground work for creating evergreen content by forming a system for content ideation, content generation, filming, editing, posting, and tracking analytics. Here is how I contributed to their success.

I first started by establishing the client's content pillars and used ChatGPT to brainstorm questions ranging from problem awareness to problem solution. I compiled all of these questions on an Excel document and organized them with a color-coded progress tracker so multiple people could simultaneously work together without accidentally redoing work.

I became a subject matter expert (SME) in credit repair and trained ChatGPT to become knowledgeable in this space as well. I gave extra attention to optimize each script's hook and caption. I also developed an internal system in Clickup and Google Drive to organize all of my work so the client could easily access and navigate.

By batching my tasks, I was able to work efficiently and plan content a month in advance. After writing the scripts and recording the videos myself, I would send the files to our editing team with specific instructions. From here, I would preview and edit the reels/posts.

I used a social media management tool to post across the client's various platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. To track analytics, I supplemented the management tool's analytics with a customizable Excel doc I created to manually track as well.

I have used a variety of social media tools from Postnetic (for social media management), Capcut (for editing), Blink (for captions), ReelTrends (for finding trending music), TrendTok (for finding trending music and analytics). This role required that I research trends, respond to DMs and comments, and strategize growth tactics like this giveaway.

I successfully implemented these processes and systems so the company could replicate without me. I also had the opportunity to train their next social media manager.
